Q. Can I restore deleted elements?
Yes. Simply reload the page to restore all elements. Deletions are temporary and do not affect the actual website.
Q. The extension doesn't work on a specific website
Please check the following:
- Ensure TapEraser is "Allowed" for that website in Safari settings
- Verify the extension toggle is turned ON
- Try reloading the page
Q. Tapping doesn't respond
Please try the following:
- Confirm the extension toggle is ON
- Reload the page and try again
- Completely quit Safari and restart
Q. I accidentally deleted something
If you haven't pressed the "Delete" button yet, use the "↶ Undo" button to cancel the last selection. If you've already deleted it, reload the page to restore everything.
Q. Can I save deleted elements?
The current version does not have a feature to remember or save deleted elements. For privacy protection, all operations are designed to be temporary.
Q. What elements can I delete?
You can delete almost any visible element on a web page, including ads, popups, banners, sidebars, images, and text. However, some dynamically generated elements or elements critical to the page structure may not be deletable.
